Even though the information we have thrown in our faces everyday is beneficial and important to know and to follow, it's impossible to implement everything all at once. Getting healthy and staying healthy is hard. I've learned at this point in my life that good health is a full time job! Our culture pushes us toward things that are often detrimental to our health and it takes A LOT OF FOCUS, INTENT AND EFFORT to counter it with good health choices.
What is good for us is not usually what we were raised knowing and doing. In fact most of our health problems are because of misinformation no information and unconsciously bad lifestyle choices. By the time we are in health crises we don't care how we got there we just want it to feel better. We opt for a quick treatment.
The reason you see a flood of health choices and information is multi-faceted. We have social media which keeps information before us daily and at record speeds. Anyone who has a message about health or a product is putting it out to you.
Secondly, this information and product is there because experts and advocates are passionate about getting the right information and tools to people who are mindlessly accepting health crises and easy fixes. Lastly, ingenuity has found a way to help people while building a business doing so.
